Who will work on my property?
Owner-operator Harry manages all service alongside his trained team. Harry has a horticultural background and understands the unique challenges of Muskoka landscapes.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. Undercutter Landscaping carries all necessary licenses and insurance for every project and service type.
Do I need to be at the cottage during service?
No. Most of our clients are seasonal or absentee owners. Your property is maintained on a fixed rotation whether or not anyone is at the cottage.
How often should I book maintenance visits?
Most clients are on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly rotation through the season, depending on lawn and garden size and how often you visit.
Can you maintain my lawn if I'm not at the cottage?
Yes. We arrange access once at the start of the season and run on a fixed weekly rotation. Seasonal and absentee owners, many based in Toronto, have their lawns cut on schedule between visits.
Do you handle beach and shoreline work?
Yes. Beach maintenance runs through the summer season. In-water timing is set around Ontario MNR fish spawning windows — we handle the scheduling to stay compliant.
